Sale Policies:
All sales are final.
We encourage attendance of the vet exam by the buyer, and due to limited time we only allow one pre-purchase exam per buyer.
We also like to have potential buyers come see, try, or handle the horses so they know if they are the right fit.
All horses that are available we reserve the right to advertise as we see fit.
If shoes have to be pulled during the vet exam the possible buyer is required to pay to have them put back on if need be.
It is also required that potential buyers send a list of what will be done during the pre-purchase so that we can accommodate and schedule around the time.
We do not take deposits to hold horses for potential buyers.
Once horses are sold (meaning payment has been received and bill of sale signed) we allow 1 week to ship out before charging for board. It is highly encouraged that once horses are purchased they be insured for purchase price.
*It is important to us that your experience be easy and that our horses will go to good homes; as well as matching the right horse with the right owner. *
